Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline; professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA) advantageous.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with full set of accounts.
• Experience in standalone finance role or lean finance team.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with overseas HQ and stakeholders across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Manage full set of accounts: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and analyses for overseas HQ.
• Ensure timely group reporting per HQ deadlines and requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and key financial indicators; provide insights.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with overseas HQ and local management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial service providers, and ensure compliance.
