Job summary

Royce Dental Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the full financial close for multiple entities and dental clinic locations. You will prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and lead a small team of accountants to ensure accuracy.

You will manage balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounts, GST/tax compliance, and collaborate with operations to streamline processes while supporting treasury activities and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; audit background preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is a plus.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial close for multiple entities and clinics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses.
• Lead a small team of junior accountants and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts; manage intercompany, bank, and fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with FRs and statutory requirements; GST filings.
• Support treasury: cash flow monitoring and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automate manual tasks.
• Maintain strong internal controls and data accuracy.
