Private Advertiser in Singapore HQ is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function across the region. You will report to the Managing Director and drive monthly closings, audits, and robust financial reporting.

You will partner with management to provide financial insights and guide business decisions across Asia-Pacific markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Finance.
• 6–8 years of experience in Finance/Accounts.
• Experience in group consolidation and regional finance teams.
• Strong managerial and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure departmental efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines for reporting, audits, taxes, GST, and related filings.
• Oversee group consolidation, financial analysis, budgeting and cash management.
• Oversee financial reporting for regional offices.
• Forecast finances for Singapore and sister units; project 6–12 month cash flow.
• Collaborate with operations to forecast cash flow and stock needs using financial tools.
• Continuously review and improve Finance operation efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, customers and suppliers on financial matters.
• Liaise with bankers and investors for business and financial data needs.

We are a local SME company specializing in Industrial automation solution. Singapore is the Head-Quarter and we have offices in Asia-Pacific. We are seeking experience Finance Manager to join us.

Group Finance Manager

This role will report to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance activities including monthly closing, statutory audit and reporting.

You will business partner with the management team in offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Responsibilities

• To lead and manage the accounting team to ensure efficiency of the department
• Ensure compliance with management and regulatory deadlines, including Management reporting, audits, annual returns, tax filings, GST, etc.
• Responsible for group consolidation accounts, financial analysis, budget, cash management.
• Oversee and manage financial accounts which include financial reporting of regional offices
• Carry out financial forecasting for Singapore and sister companies, and estimate 6 to 12 month cashflow outlook
• Work closely with operation and predict the require cashflow and stock and using financial tool to optimize the operation
• Constantly review and improve Finance operation efficiencies
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, customers, suppliers on maters related to the financial
• Liaise with bankers and investors and their requests for business and financial data.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy and Finance
• Minimum 6-8 years experience in Finance/ Accounts field
• Experience in handling Group console accounts. Good understanding of China, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia accounting standard and operating the regional finance team.
• Demonstrate strong managerial skills and able to interact well with people at all levels
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
