Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee finance operations for the Singapore entity and to support group-level financial reporting, compliance, and business decision‑making.

This role requires a hands‑on finance professional who is comfortable managing day‑to‑day accounting operations while working closely with cross‑border teams in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage full‑set accounting for the Singapore and other entity, including month‑end and year‑end close
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and support group consolidation
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with group accounting policies and applicable standards
  • Maintain and operate the NetSuite ERP system, including month‑end close, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors

Budgeting & Management Reporting

  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
  • Monitor budget versus actual performance and prepare variance analysis
  • Provide ad‑hoc financial and operational analysis to support management decision‑making

Tax & Statutory Compliance (Singapore)

  • Handle Singapore corporate income tax, GST, and statutory filings
  • Liaise with local tax agents and ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Ensure compliance with ACRA, IRAS, and other local regulatory requirements

Cross-border & Group Support

  • Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions
  • Work with overseas finance teams to ensure consistency in accounting treatment and reporting
  • Assist in group restructuring, audit processes, and potential IPO‑related workstreams

Process Improvement & Team Support

  • Strengthen internal controls and finance processes as the company scales
  • Support junior finance staff and contribute to team capability development
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance systems, workflows, and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in month‑end close and financial reporting.
  • Practical, hands‑on experience using NetSuite ERP.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore tax and statutory compliance, including GST and corporate income tax.
  • Experience working with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, fintech, or crypto‑related industries
  • Exposure to multi‑entity and cross‑border group structures
  • Experience with IPO‑related work, audits, or a Big 4 background
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and group consolidation concepts
