jpl consultants pte. ltd. is hiring for a senior management role overseeing Accounting and Human Resources functions in Singapore.

The position leads finance operations, budgeting, payroll, tax compliance and governance across the organization. You will manage a core admin and HR team, ensure accurate financial reporting, liaise with auditors and government bodies, and drive best practices in personnel administration, recruitment, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Administration/Management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; able to interact with all staff levels.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Tax, GST, Employment Act, MOM rules and regulations.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Hands-on, independent, self-driven, results-oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall finance operations, including AR and AP.
• Prepare monthly Payroll and CPF submissions.
• Prepare and review monthly Financial Statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and government authorities.
• Prepare monthly invoices to clients and manage ad-hoc duties.
• Lead admin and HR duties, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and records management.
