Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country employee populations.
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle with focus on governance and service quality.
• Oversee payroll governance, statutory reporting and compliance.
• Drive regional transformation initiatives, harmonisation and digitalisation across markets.
• Lead mobility and expatriate programmes and partner with Finance, Compliance and Audit teams.
