Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations and statutory submissions.
• Prior exposure to SAP, HRIS, or RPA projects.
• Knowledge of CPF, tax, and government leave claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll for all employee populations.
• Oversee payroll costing, statutory submissions, CPF, and tax.
• Manage payroll clearance, final payments, and lifecycle events.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Establish payroll controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to drive automation.
