Qualifications

• Requires diploma or bachelor’s in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• ACCA/CA or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting in a similar role.
• Proven HR management, employee relations and recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Accounts / Financial Reporting: manage AP/AR, GL reconciliation, GST filing, month-end close; prepare financial statements and budgets; ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• HR Management: oversee payroll, employee benefits, compliance; manage recruitment, onboarding and employee relations; develop HR policies and maintain records.
