The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts cum HR Executive/Assistant to support finance, accounting, HR, and compliance across Singapore and Malaysia.

The role works at Midview City and involves payroll, statutory compliance, and reporting responsibilities. You will liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and secretaries, while ensuring compliance with Singaporean and Malaysian regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
• Experience handling Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Payroll processing and statutory compliance experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Oversee monthly closing and management reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements.
• Review supplier invoices and payment schedules.
• Monitor receivables and collections activities.
• Ensure GST submissions, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle HR administration, payroll, records, and attendance.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assist in employee relations and HR guidance.
• Stay updated on MOM work pass applications and related laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
