Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd invites applications for an Accounts cum HR Executive/Assistant to manage finance, HR, and compliance across Singapore and Malaysia. You will handle full-set accounting, payroll, GST, audits, and recruitment support in a hands-on role.

Based in Singapore, you will partner with management to ensure regulatory compliance, timely financial reporting, and efficient operations. The role requires at least 3 years' relevant experience and proficiency with Excel, ERP

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-set accounting and HR administration.
• Experience handling Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Payroll processing experience and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Navision an advantage.
• O'Levels or equivalent Diploma & above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements.
• Review financial reports submitted by branch office.
• Handle ad-hoc projects.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretaries.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and GST submissions.
