Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts cum HR Executive/Assistant to provide integrated finance and HR support across Singapore and Malaysia entities. The role partners with management to ensure regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities span financial management, payroll, compliance, and recruitment support. It is a hands-on position requiring strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, notably Navision, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum O'Levels or equivalent Diploma & above in related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
• Experience handling both Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements.
• Review financial reports submitted by branch office.
• Handle ad-hoc projects.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretaries as needed.
• Manage payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
