Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Meticulous, analytical and independent.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Xero.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit schedules, financial statements, balance sheet and cashflow monitoring.
• Budgeting and forecasting for the business on a quarterly basis.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and advise management for financial decisions.
• Manage Project Cost Accounting and cost control measures with Operations.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax computations with auditors.
• Process employee reimbursements and petty cash claims.
• Monthly payroll and CPF submissions in line with regulations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger; update cash books daily.
• Monitor AR Aging Report and invoicing timelines weekly.
• Submit government surveys (e.g., MOM, IMDA) timely.
• Manage road tax, season parking, insurance and supplier payments.
• Handle other administrative tasks as directed.
