SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to manage payroll, prepare financial reports, and handle essential payments while supporting the HR team.

You will oversee full accounts, budgeting, and cashflow, contributing to cost control and strategic financial decisions. The role offers permanent employment with a monthly salary up to SGD 4,000 and a schedule of Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Meticulous, analytical and independent.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Xero.
• Able to use Whyzehr software for payroll services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full set of Accounts – preparation of audit schedule, financial statement, balance sheet and cashflow monitoring and control.
• Responsible for quarterly budgeting and forecasting for the business.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and provide advice to Management for financial decision making.
• Manage Project Cost Accounting to track costs and highlight discrepancies for cost control.
• Manage annual Audit and ensure proper closure and tax computation.
• Process employee reimbursements and petty cash claims with proper documentation.
