Job summary

MASE E&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for a project-driven environment. The role focuses on full set of accounts, invoicing, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to support project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of accounting experience, is proficient with accounting software and Excel, and has knowledge of Singapore GST and regulatory requirements. Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environment preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and GST.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage invoicing, progress claims, and payment collections.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control for projects.
• Assist in GST submission, audits, and tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Support payroll processing and financial reporting when required.
