Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Finance Executive to manage payroll, prepare financial reports, and handle key payments. The role also supports the HR team and offers opportunities to broaden financial expertise.

The position is permanent with standard Mon–Fri hours and alternate Saturday, located at Ubi Avenue. Salary up to SGD 4,000 monthly, requiring a Diploma in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Xero.
• Experience with payroll software Whyzehr.
• Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems such as Info-Tech HRMS/Payboy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts including audit schedules, financial statements, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Lead quarterly budgeting and forecasting for the business.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and advise Management for decisions.
• Manage project cost accounting and highlight discrepancies to reduce costs.
• Oversee annual audits and tax computations with auditors.
• Process employee reimbursements, petty cash and monthly payroll.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledgers; monitor AR aging weekly.
• Submit government surveys timely and handle payments for road tax and insurance.
• Support HR team and perform other admin tasks as directed.
