Zusammenfassung

Samadhi Window Covering Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily accounting, ensure accurate financial records, and support audits in a Singapore-based manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities include recording transactions, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing monthly financial statements with supporting schedules. You will collaborate with HR, Admin and Operations to streamline workflows, maintain statutory compliance, and liaise with

Qualifikationen

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2-3 years of relevant accounting/finance operations experience (manufacturing preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and update ledgers in the accounting system.
Process invoices, manage petty cash, and reconcile balances.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare payment vouchers and monitor accounts payable.
