Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and post to the accounting system.
• Manage petty cash, expense claims, and document reconciliation.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments timely.
• Track receivables, follow up with customers, and manage invoicing.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Admin and Operations for accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive who is passionate, reliable, meticulous, and eager to grow with the company.

Job Responsibility：

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, process invoices, update ledgers, and ensure timely posting into the accounting system.
• Manage petty cash disbursement, employee expense claims, and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of balances.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure cash balances are accurate.
• Prepare payment vouchers, process supplier payments, monitor due dates, and ensure timely settlement of accounts payable.
• Track outstanding receivables, follow up with customers, and manage supplier invoices and payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; provide supporting schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements; support internal and external audits.
• Work closely with HR, Admin, and Operations teams to ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
