Job summary

Samadhi Window Covering Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage accounting processes, reconciliations, and reporting. You will work with HR, Admin and Operations to ensure precise financial data and timely audits.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accounting/finance operations, a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Mandarin is an advantage for stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin for stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and post to the accounting system.
• Manage petty cash, expense claims, and document reconciliation.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments timely.
• Track receivables, follow up with customers, and manage invoicing.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Admin and Operations for accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
