Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager to maintain accurate accounting records and oversee a team to ensure timely monthly closings.

You will review financial statements, manage the full set of accounts, perform cash flow forecasting, and coordinate with external auditors. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy with ACCA/CPA a plus and 4–6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or CPA qualification is a plus.
• Min 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience (Manufacturing sector preferred).
• Hands-on experience in full set of accounts.
• Knowledge in the application of Financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records accurately to meet monthly closing targets.
• Supervise financial operations and a team of accounting staff.
• Review, analyze and report on financial results.
• Handle full set of accounting and finance responsibilities.
• Review journal entries, AR/AP ageing and stock ageing.
• Perform cash flow forecasting.
• Facilitate external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Assess and improve internal controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines per accounting standards and taxation.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks from reporting Manager or CFO.
