This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Singapore at Locker & Lock®. The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Finance Operations

• 1.Process payments to suppliers and update daily bank transactions.
• 2.Prepare delivery orders, tax invoiced and update receipts.
• 3.Maintain accurate financial records and reconciling bank statements
• 4.Maintain month end schedule and audit schedule
• 5.Prepare expense reports and revenue tracking summaries

Compliance & Documentation

• 1. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and compliance checks
• 2. Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and reports.
