Overview

We are a Singapore‑based pharmaceutical group with multiple operating and holding entities. We are looking for a hands‑on Finance Executive to support day‑to‑day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with external partners such as auditors, corporate secretaries, and tax agents.

This role focuses on operational finance and accounting, not fund management or investment structures. It is suitable for someone who is detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a regulated corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full‑set accounting using Xero.
• Handle daily bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording of expenses, revenue, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for external audits and tax filings (GST submissions).
• Assist in management reporting and basic financial analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and expense controls.
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretarial firms (statutory filings, resolutions, director changes), and tax agents.
• Maintain internal finance documentation: accounting policies, statutory records, compliance and filing trackers.

Requirements

• Strong Xero experience (mandatory).
• Experience handling multiple corporate entities (non‑fund).
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Comfortable coordinating with external service providers.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
