Job summary

Qualifications

• Accountancy qualification or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed assets management including acquisition, registration, stocktake, transfer, write-off and disposal.
• Administer projects with budget tracking, expenditure management, claims processing, funding utilisation and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and expenditure monitoring to optimise resource use.
• Review AOR submissions for completeness, budget availability and policy alignment.
• Develop and review policies, procedures and internal controls to strengthen governance.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and papers for decision-making.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.
• Supervise and mentor officers to ensure service excellence.
• Lead process improvement, digitalisation and transformation initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
