Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed assets management: acquisition, registration, stocktake, transfer, write-off, disposal.
• Administer projects: budget tracking, expenditure management, claims processing, funding use, project reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, budget reviews, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Review AOR submissions for completeness, budget availability, and procurement policy alignment.
• Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and decision-support papers.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.
• Supervise and mentor team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Lead process improvement, digitalisation and transformation initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
