Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accountancy, or its related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed assets management including acquisition, registration, stocktake, transfer, write-off and disposal.
• Administer and monitor projects with budget tracking, expenditure management, claims processing, funding utilisation and project reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, budget reviews, financial forecasting and expenditure monitoring to optimise resource use.
• Review and evaluate AOR submissions for completeness, budget availability, procurement compliance and alignment with objectives.
• Develop and review policies, procedures and internal controls to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, presentations and papers for decision-making.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits and address audit findings and recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor officers to achieve departmental objectives and service excellence.
• Lead or participate in process improvement, digitalisation and transformation initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.
