Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team within the Partners Division to meet financial and budgetary objectives.
• Develop and implement strong financial and budgetary control policies for prudent spending.
• Manage preparation, analysis, and compliance of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Lead initiatives for system testing, enhancements, or integration and improve internal controls.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with other teams to align budgetary objectives across operations.
• Lead or co-lead projects supporting the Whole-of-Government digital transformation roadmap for finance.
