Job summary

COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role involves processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and liaising with suppliers to address queries while supporting month-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, has up to 3 years of AP experience, and is proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of Accounts Payable experience; fresh diploma holders encouraged for Associate/Assistant level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous, highly organized with excellent communication skills.

• Process trade and non-trade supplier invoices accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations, actively investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers to address invoice, payment, and statement queries, and proactively follow up on any missing documents.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Assist the finance team with AP month-end closing processes.

Job Requirements

• Willing to commit to a 12-months contract duration (Renewable contract position with excellent opportunities for conversion to permanent staff).
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience (Fresh diploma holders are highly encouraged to apply for the Associate/Assistant level!).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous, highly organized, and equipped with excellent communication skills.
