On behalf of one of its clients, an Insights & Strategy Consultancy, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Finance & Administrative Manager (part‑time role). Our client is a leading subscription‑based platform offering insights and data subscriptions to leading luxury brands across different luxury verticals, looking to gain affluent consumers’ market share.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist the senior manager
  • Take on the financials and consolidation of accounts
  • Experience with cross‑border legal and financial tax frameworks
  • Administer employee leave and other benefits
  • Handle performance management and onboarding new staff
  • Provide support on the company’s overseas branches operational matters
  • Prepare invoices, sales contracts, monthly financial reports, profitability & cash flow reports
  • Implement and develop good HR practices, policies and desired work culture and ensure that they are aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Handle company travel arrangements and expatriate and management administration issues
  • Handle general office administration including flight reservation, stationery, housekeeping issues, etc.
  • Submit quarterly government statistics surveys
  • Have a keen eye to go through the company onboarding process with new clients and handle all paperwork
  • Review and handle vendor and partner legal requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and communication
  • Review legal documents, partner and client agreements and provide recommendations
REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Business or equivalent
  • Persons taking up LCCI or ACCA with relevant work experiences can apply
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience with Agency
  • Experience with accounting software like Quickbooks
  • Good knowledge and interpretation of the Employment Act and sales contracts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, well‑organized, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
  • Able to work well in remote manner
