Position: Finance & Admin Manager (Finance Administration)

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Manager to support our Singapore office. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage end-to-end finance operations and finance-related administration, ensuring timely reporting, strong controls, and compliance with statutory and Group requirements. You will liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial firms/agents, banks, and other listed company service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Singapore finance operations (cost center supporting the Group) including inter-company billings/reconciliations, AP, payments, cash flow, bank administration, and month-end close.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation, in compliance with accounting standards and Group policies.
- Prepare monthly management accounts with supporting schedules and variance analysis; flag exceptions to the CFO.
- Support budgeting/forecasting and prepare periodic budget vs actual reporting.
- Support Group reporting needs (e.g., consolidation inputs) and annual reporting / sustainability reporting deliverables as required.
- Coordinate audit activities, including schedules, documentation and follow-up on audit queries and supporting the audit sign-off process.
- Coordinate tax compliance with tax agents, including preparation of supporting schedules.
- Support listed company administration where applicable, including SGX/ACRA submissions.
- Support dividend administration, working with the corporate secretary, share registrar and banks on documentation and execution.
- Coordinate Annual Report / Sustainability Report production workflows (timelines, finance sections, and liaison with auditors, corporate secretary, designers/printers).
- Assist in board/management reporting, including schedules and analysis for board papers and management packs.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; professional qualification (CPA/ISCA/ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with strong hands-on exposure in full-set accounts and month-end closing.
- Prior exposure to listed company requirements (e.g., annual report processes, board meeting processes, dividend administration) is preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore statutory processes (audit, tax, ACRA/CoSec coordination).
- Strong analytical skills; organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mature, discreet, independent, and comfortable liaising with senior management and external parties.
- Availability to start at short notice is an advantage.
