Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking a Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) in Singapore. You will provide professional second-line remote and onsite technical support and field engineering services, proactively resolving incidents and ensuring zero SLA breaches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
- Professional level certifications in data centre technologies (e.g., CCNP DC).
- Professional level certifications in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
- Collaborations certifications such as CCNP Collaboration; Webex-related certs are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provides second line remote and onsite technical support to clients.
- Configures and tests client infrastructure to ensure operability.
- Identifies problems and logs incidents with detailed information.
- Liaises with client environments and vendors to expedite resolution.
- Responds to alerts and escalates when needed to meet SLA.
- Documents progress and resolution details in the support platform.
- Applies processes to track, log, and correct configuration items and changes.
