Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Professional level certifications in Networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP).
• Moderate experience in Networking technologies and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Owns larger portions of an installation and handles break/fix incidents of low to moderate complexity.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems during the project lifecycle.
• Escalates complex problems to relevant third parties.
• Assists with documenting standard operating procedures during ops handover.
• Maintains project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback).
• Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization.
• Takes guidance from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice.
