Job summary

Ascentiq Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Project Executive to support our household survey projects in Singapore. You will supervise a team of field interviewers conducting door-to-door surveys, ensuring interviews follow protocol and targets are met with data quality.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in market research, surveys, field operations or manpower-intensive operations preferred.
• Comfortable managing freelance field interviewers.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage interviewer performance firmly and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using web-based systems.
• Willing to travel around Singapore for field supervision.
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; relevant experience will be considered.

• Ensure interviewers follow survey procedures and update case records accurately

• Provide regular progress updates to the operations team
• Ensure overall project targets and quality standards are achieved

This role is suitable if you enjoy managing people, solving ground issues and taking ownership of fieldwork performance.
