Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support Radiometer and other operating companies. You will perform field-based activities, provide technical support on site, by phone, email and remote access, and expand product knowledge through teamwork.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Computer, Biomedical, or Electronics engineering with 5+ years in medical/life sciences products, and must be willing to stand-by 24/7 on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service for Radiometer and other operating companies' products including hardware, software and connectivity aspects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced complaints, communicate with customers and vendors at technical levels.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, meet service KPIs, and ensure efficient uptime and system performance.
