Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher Diagnostics, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote support for diagnostic equipment. You will troubleshoot, service, and maintain Radiometer and related Op-Co products, partnering with global teams to ensure high uptime and customer satisfaction.

You should have at least a Diploma/Degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of experience with medical or life sciences products, with readiness for 24/7 standby rotations and potential

Qualifications

• This position requires a Diploma/degree in Computer engineering, Bio-medical engineering, Electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in medical/life science products.
• Willingness to perform 24/7 standby duties on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and required service activities for Radiometer and Op-Co products.
• Build product knowledge and deliver technical solutions to customers effectively.
• Meet service KPIs by maintaining performance, minimizing downtime and improving feedback.
