Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support customers across SEA and Taiwan from our Singapore office. You will install, qualify, repair and maintain Leica equipment at customer sites while ensuring high service standards and knowledge transfer to customers and partners.

You will travel 20-30% of the time, possess at least 5 years in field service for medical devices, and collaborate with global teams to meet SLA metrics and drive service growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field service delivery experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel 20–30%.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical enquiries across SEA & Taiwan; perform installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of Leica Microsystems products at customer sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and transfer of know-how to customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to meet service metrics and SLA commitments.
