Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 2+ years in a technical support or field engineering role.
- Hands-on experience in equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of networking, authentication, and directory services (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, Active Directory).
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated technical issues, troubleshoot software, network, connectivity, and system-related problems, and document solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Perform on-site equipment installations, configure system settings, and verify functionality before handover to end users.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot related software and hardware systems, including updates and routine health checks.
- Perform system calibration, diagnose quality-related issues, and ensure consistent output through regular checks and maintenance.
