Job summary

HRnet One Pte Ltd is seeking a field service professional to service, maintain, and repair equipment at client sites, diagnosing issues across hardware, software, and processes. You will work with senior engineers to resolve complex problems and help boost uptime and output.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy in logs and reports, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 3–5 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field service experience or related technical discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
• Proficient with hand tools and standard test equipment, including digital multimeters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet all on-site requirements, including safety, environmental, and health protocols.

Responsibilities

• Carry out equipment servicing, routine maintenance, and repair work.
• Diagnose and fix issues related to hardware, software, and process performance.
• React quickly to equipment problems, delivering prompt and reliable technical assistance.
• Check equipment regularly to confirm it's operating at the right quality and performance standards.
• Apply technical manuals, diagnostic instruments, and test tools to pinpoint and fix equipment faults.
• Assist with equipment setup, installation, upkeep, and qualification processes.
• Team up with senior engineers to tackle more complex technical problems.
• Play a part in efforts to boost equipment uptime, dependability, and overall output.
• Stay in close contact with customers and internal teams to handle equipment-related concerns.
• Keep thorough and accurate service logs, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Comply with all safety guidelines, cleanroom standards, and work procedures.
