Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and telecom systems. You will provide frontline end-user support and assist senior engineers with basic tasks, following documented procedures and escalating complex issues as needed.

The role emphasizes learning and execution of SOPs while delivering high-quality desk‑side support and contributing to documentation and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 desktop and operations support responsibilities.
• Accurately document incidents and resolutions in ITSM.
• First point of contact for IT support requests, following procedures.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn infrastructure, networking and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows desktops and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Support printers, monitors, docking stations and peripherals.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Monitor network and security systems and escalate issues as needed.
