Qualifikationen

• Experience providing L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software and networks.
• Ability to install, configure and test IT infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and communicate resolutions clearly.

Aufgaben

• Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system performance, backups, and security logs; perform maintenance and updates.
• Provide onsite and remote client support with clear incident documentation.
• Submit regular service reports and maintain asset inventory.
