Job summary

You will report to the Collection Manager and work with internal teams to improve collection strategies while ensuring compliance with laws and delivering professional client service.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.

• Report progress and issues to the Collection Manager.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes professionally.
