Job summary

Experian in Singapore is seeking a Field Collection Collector to visit clients and collect overdue payments. The role involves negotiating payment plans, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and assessing clients’ financial situations to offer appropriate solutions.

You will report to the Collection Manager and work with internal teams to improve collection strategies while ensuring compliance with laws and delivering professional client service.
