Job summary

PLACEMENT PROFESSIONALS is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Singapore to oversee client and broker communications, coordinate with underwriting and claims, and manage financial reconciliations and payments. The role involves generating SOAs, following up on outstanding dues, and reporting on progress under the Head of Department.

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge and respond to emails received from various clients and brokers within a reasonable timeframe.
• Coordinate with the underwriting and claims departments regarding requests received from clients and brokers.
• Generate Statements of Accounts (SOAs) from the system, conduct regular reconciliations, and share them with clients and brokers.
• Work closely with the payment department to facilitate timely payments to clients and brokers.
• Follow up consistently with brokers and clients on outstanding company dues and ensure prompt collection of premiums.
• Report long-outstanding cases to the underwriting department for further action.
• Prepare and submit the required reports.
• Review and monitor the status of outstanding matters.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
