• Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues via phone/email and on-site.
• Conduct product application testing for sales reps and customers.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site support and training.
• Create/update manuals for post-sales training.
• Assist sales reps with on-site presentations as needed.
• Identify improvements to department operations and lead related projects.
