Job summary

Recruit Expert in Singapore is seeking a Field Application Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution.

You will install, validate, and test equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications, and coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in the Semiconductor/Manufacturing Industry.
• Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Conduct equipment installation, setup, validation, and sample testing at customer sites while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams to support project execution, deliverables, and successful implementation.
• Deliver technical training, prepare application documentation, and collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement and development.
