Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical and application support for process analytics in Singapore.
• Coordinate with sales team and sub‑vendors for integration of process analyzer.
• Perform troubleshooting and conduct site visits for process analyzer.
• Set up onsite trials and review results with customers.
• Prepare and deliver in-house and onsite technical/product training to customers.
• Create technical materials to support the sales team.
