Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from sales reps and customers via phone or email.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues by phone/email and on-site.
- Conduct product application testing for sales reps and customers.
- Travel to customer sites for on-site support, setup and tuning.
- Provide post-sales application training to customers.
