Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Service Engineer to deliver technical support, installation, and after-sales services for advanced automation and precision equipment within the Technology division.

You will conduct on-site installation and commissioning, provide customer training, deliver field support, and build lasting relationships while contributing to service sales targets and project progress updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Semiconductor or SMT industries.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the listed equipment types (Laser Welders, Laser Marking, UV Curing, X-ray).
• Familiarity with at least one of the listed plasma/rework systems.
• Willingness to travel overseas on short notice.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for automation equipment.
• Perform on-site installation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Provide training to customers on operation, setup, and maintenance.
• Offer after-sales technical support and field service activities.
• Conduct product application testing to validate performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for DKSH solutions.
• Provide regular project progress updates to the reporting manager.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required.
