Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Associate Specialist to oversee general maintenance and repairs within office environments and related buildings in Singapore.

You will ensure requests are completed in line with service level agreements and coordinate with facilities, security, and vendors to uphold operations. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organization and communication skills, and knowledge of safety compliance and facility layouts.

Qualifications

• Relevant college education.
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all maintenance and repair requests received within the NTT DATA office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement.
• Coordinates the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
• Conduct daily checks, verify cleanliness of all areas to ensure smooth operation and perform recovery on defects where necessary.
• Provides and monitor support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule.
• Documents and maintains the maintenance database and ensures tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Ensures buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to required standards and service levels.
• Supports and maintains office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock levels.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, access control and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to management.
• Checks contractor documentation and maintains records such as permits, leases and correspondence.
• Supports in-house events and logistics coordination with vendors.
• Manages Business Continuity Plan projects and ESG data initiatives.
• Performs other relevant tasks as required by management.
