Qualifications

• High school certificate and relevant vocational training.
• Solid demonstrated experience in a similar facilities role.
• Previous team leader experience preferred.

• Ability to coordinate the work of others and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Checks that all maintenance and repairs requests are carried out in line with the service level agreement.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule.
• Maintains maintenance database and reports on progress or completion.
• Liaises with building services management, security, and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to management.
• Ensures daily building inspections meet Health and Safety requirements.
