Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Data Centre Operations Analyst in Singapore. You will design, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in mission-critical data centres, ensuring reliability and adherence to SLAs.

You’ll analyze operating conditions, recommend proactive improvements, and support emergency responses with Facility Operations teams. The role requires 5 years of data centre experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• 5 years of experience in Critical Facility/Data Centre operations and maintenance or engineering design of critical systems.
• Vendor certifications such as AOS, ATD, CDFOM, CDCDP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, installs, and maintains MEP infrastructure in data centres.
• Analyze operating conditions and recommend preventative maintenance methods.
• Assist in upgrading facility systems to ensure reliability and SLA compliance.
• Support emergency response and coordinate with Facility Operations teams.
