NTT DATA Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. seeks an Associate Specialist responsible for ensuring maintenance and repairs within the office environment and related buildings are carried out per SLA.

You will coordinate service requests, monitor daily facilities operations, and support with logistics for events and sustainability projects. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead small project teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure maintenance and repair requests are completed per SLA.
• Coordinate distribution and response to service requests for facilities.
• Monitor daily operations and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate routine maintenance schedules and document progress.
• Manage office facilities, tools, equipment and stock levels.
• Liaise with building services, security, access control and cleaning staff.
• Escalate non-performance to management.
• Support events logistics and ESG/CSR data projects.

Job Description & Requirements

The primary responsibility of the Associate Specialist is to ensure that general maintenance and repairs within the NTT DATA office environment and related buildings, including tenants are carried out within the service level agreement.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure that all maintenance and repair requests received within the NTT DATA office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement

• Coordinates the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities
• Conduct daily , check the cleanliness of all areas to ensure smooth operation and perform recovery on defects where necessary
• Provides and monitor support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule.
• Provides and document support with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and update and maintain the maintenance database.
• Ensures that buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.
• Provides support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely stored.
• Liaises with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, and access control and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to the management.
• Checks all contractor documentation and maintain records such as permits, leases and correspondence on behalf of the business.
• Support all in-house, adhoc events and activities (logistics set-up, cordinate with vendors etc.)
• Business Continuity Plan project management
• Sustainability / Social Impact (CSR) and ESG Data project management
• Performs any other relevant tasks as required by management.
